50 KW Electron Gun
Coating system with electron gun is an effective machine to evaporate any type of metals, ceramics and refractory materials in vacuum. The vapors used to deposition and coating in vacuum, have many applications. KEB 50 enables evaporation of wide range of materials with high evaporation rate through maximum power of 50 kW and accurate adjustable of electron beam power.
- Electron gun tube (all parts are water-cooled) includes:
- Filament set, cathode assembly, accelerator, focus coil deflection and scanning and holders
- Vacuum system includes two-step rotary pump, turbo molecular pump, pirani and penning gauge, vacuum valves and connections
- Power supplies include: high voltage power supply of 50kW, secondary accelerator, high voltage power supply,
- primary accelerator, high current power supply (filament),
- focusing system power supply and X- and Y-scanning power supply
- Commanding and monitoring with touchscreen 10 inch TFT
- Ability to storage and recovery of all necessary information during operating cycles and recovery all time-dependent parameters for Excel files
